Location, location, location
Located in the Southeast neighborhood on IU’s picturesque campus, the Women in STEM LLC is situated in the Agnes E. Wells Quadrangle, commonly known as Wells Quad. Many science buildings are a short walk from here, so you’ll be just steps away from your classes.
The patio outside Memorial Hall offers a great view of the quad and there is a lot of green space around to enjoy the sun, study, eat, or catch up with friends.
Located near Kirkwood Ave. and 4th street, residents here will have plenty of opportunities to explore Bloomington’s many restaurants, shops, and downtown events.
The Women in STEM LLC offers doubles, singles, and apartment style suites. Our residents love the privacy and comfort of their homes away from home.
There are six lounges on two floors for our residents to use at their leisure. Some are set up as study areas and have white boards and computers available. Some have TVs and are great places for social gatherings and group activities.
There are WSTEM community kitchenettes available on each floor, complete with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and storage cabinets.*
*Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, these have not been in use during the 2020-2021 academic year.
For all residents living in Wells Quad, there is an RPS library with books, movies and gaming systems for rent. Plus, we have pool tables! Challenge your friends to a game of 8-ball or 9-ball and apply your learning in geometry, trigonometry, and physics.
Goodbody Eatery, located inside Goodbody hall in the Quadrangle, offers a few quick options for on-the-go dining. Enjoy your meal outside on the terrace and soak up the Bloomington sun.
